Dubai: ‘Tamil Voice of UAE’ to perform in ‘MUSIC MASTI 2017’ on April 13

Dubai, Mar 6: The first and much awaited reality show ‘Tamil voice of UAE’ will be hosted by ‘Rythm Events’ in the musical extravaganza ‘Music Masti 2017’ which will be held on April 14 at Sh Rashid Auditorium, The Indian High School, Oud Metha Road at around 6.30 pm.

Singers who would like to participate in the ‘Tamil Voice of UAE’ need to get registered onlinehttp://rythmevents.com/event-registration/ and get confirmed. Only those who are registered online will be invited for the audition round. The audition round, quarter finals and semifinals will take place at the auditorium of Karama Fortune Hotel (A Praveen Shetty Enterprises) in Karama from the second week of March to the first week of April between 9 am and 12 pm. They will be adjudged by some of the professional music judges of UAE. The final rounds will take place during the ‘Music Masti 2017’ musical programme under the supervision of some of the celebrity judges who will arrive all the way from Chennai, Tamil Nadu along with the music troupe who will not only judge the programme but will also provide full entertainment with music extravaganza.

Lot of entries have already poured in and as per the organisers those who register soon will have a better chance to take part in the show. All participants will be individually informed to attend the audition rounds. Only those who qualify in the audition round can go ahead with the competition. The winners of the semi final round will get an opportunity to sing their final rounds in front of the celebrity judges and live music orchestra from Chennai. An audience of more than 1400 is expected to be part of this spectacular show.

Those celebrities arriving for ‘Music Masti 2017’ will include Bharadwaj, one of the top music composers of India. He was born in Ravanasamudram, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu but brought up in Delhi. He is well versed in Carnatic, Hindustani as well as western music. Recipient of the prestigious ‘Kalaimamani Award’ by Tamil Nadu government, Bharadwaj has more than 75 feature film music compositions mainly for Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and English films. His awards include National Award, Film Fare Award, State Awards, ITFA Award, Cinema Express Award and many more. He was also nominated to the Oscars for his music in the animated movie ‘The Legend of Buddha’.

Srikanth Deva is another such celebrity from Mylapore, Chennai who initially started as a keyboard player at the age of 14 and has worked with various music composers for more than 400 films. Beside scoring film music and sound track, he has also sung in an album ‘Smile Please’. He is a film music composer, instrumentalist, singer, lyricist and arranger. He has composed 10 documentary movies, 30 devotional albums, worked with many music directors for over 100 tamil movies and 7 telugu movies. He has also composed music for a Japanese album. Srikanth has received Tamil Nadu State Award, Kodai FM Film Star Award, Singapore International Award and Tamil Remix Award.

Malathy Lakshman is another star singer accompanying the celebrities who has always been part of star night shows with music directors, playback singers and cine actors. She has performed more than 6000 live shows and more than 1000 film and 400 private albums. She has travelled to France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway on Star Night Shows and has also accompanied famous playback singers, Dr K J Jesudas and Dr S P Balasubramaniam in their shows in Sydney, Melbourne, South Africa and London.

Mukesh a music graduate is another singer who will be part of Music Masti 2017. He has worked with well-known music directors including Ilayaraja and A R Rahman in playback singing in south Indian movies. He has been singing for more than 15 years and one can always see him on various TV channels including Sun TV, Jaya TV, KTV, Raj TV, Vijay TV and Zee group.

Senthildass a playback singer will also be part of the show. He has sung for various well-known music directors including Ilayaraja, A R Rahman, Karthick Raja, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Deva, Srikanth Deva, Sundar C Babu, D Imman, Santhosh Narayanan, Vijay Antony, Thaman, Gangai Amaran, Manisharma, Adithyan, Vidyasagar, Bhavatharini, Justin Prabhakaran and Dharan. He has sung more than 100 songs and has performed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada besides performing more than 2000 live shows.

Actor singer Shyam having more than 21 years of experience will also be perform. He has acted in many TV serials as well as movies. Besides acting he has been singing with various music directors and light music concerts. He has performed many shows worldwide and has his own orchestra named ‘Playboy Orchestra’.
