Mangaluru: Short film 'Minugu Deepa' creates hype on social media

Mangaluru, Mar 11: It is always an uphill task to make horror films which create fear amidst the viewers. Taking up the challenge, a team of young short film enthusiasts, have shot 'Minugu Deepa', a horror film. The short film with horror as its main essence has created hype on social media. 

'Minugu Deepa' is all about invisible force present around us. With elements of horror, the team who come from banking and IT sector have done a good job gaining appreciation from all quarters. The youngsters have worked quite hard to execute their plans which seem to have hit the right chord among the audience.

The short film produced under the banner 'Destiny of Dreams' has been shot in Mangaluru. Bandaramane Lohith Shetty, the director of the short film, has shown his versatality by penning the story, screenplay and dialogues. Sidhu G S has done an amazing job as the cinematographer. Ujwal Gowda has handled the editing. While associate director Dhananjay has written the lyrics, the music was composed by Raghavendra V.

'Minugu Deepa' stars Sudarsh Shetty, Vishwanath Shetty, Akshatha Shetty, Swathi Shetty, Basavaraj, Srikanth, Rakesh, Praveen Shetty and others.
