UP CM Adityanath asks officials to declare assets in 15 days

Lucknow, Mar 20 (PTI): Going hammer and tongs against corruption, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today directed officials to declare their assets within 15 days, a day after issuing a similar order to his ministers.

At his first interaction with senior officials in Lok Bhawan, the chief minister also instructed them to ensure implementation of BJP's 'Sankalp Patra' (manifesto).

"It was an introductory meeting with UP government officials. The officials were told that the Sankalp Patra has to be implemented," Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, who was also present, told reporters after the meeting.

The chief minister also asked officials to declare their assets -- immovable and movable -- within 15 days, Maurya said.

The meeting was attended by around 65 senior officials.

The officials were given a copy of BJP's Sankalp Patra and instructions have been issued to them to prepare a roadmap for their respective departments, a senior BJP leader said.

"As uprooting corruption is the main agenda of our party, the CM in his first introductory meeting with his new ministers directed them to give details of their income, movable and immovable properties with 15 days," cabinet minister Srikant Sharma had said here yesterday.

    People,

If BJP does not put a 'Full Stop' to corruption...their position wont be different than CONgress in 2014...

So far I have not seen them any different than CONgress...this guy Yogi does not look corrupt to me in spite his crazy talk about minorities...however ones honesty is tested when they are ruling and have power...Yogi never tasted any power so far...I think people should scrutinize him closely....I hope and pray he will go out of power with same status of mind(assets) he came in...

I hope he will clean his Official residence with 'Ganaga Jal' before going there...and goes there with clean mind and soul without any prejudices against anybody true to the oath he took...

I wish him all the best in this difficult job...

BJP puts on a show of fighting corruption for its gullible supporters after winning elections. The assets of BJP ministers expand exponentially when BJP is in power through the effects of yogic economics.

In Lok Sabha elections BJP also promised to the entire nation of bringing black money from tax havens abroad. PM Modi's central government has completed 3 years in office and not even single Rupee has been retrieved.

Just before the assembly elections 'demonetisation' was announced. To date neither PMO nor RBI governor is able to deliver what is the success of entire process. Neither PMO nor RBI governor is ready to take direct question on neutral avenue from International and nation media.

Most interestingly from BJP IT cells to dedicated troll army didn't live single opportunity to bring scams with 'G''s. None of the Gandhis being convicted for these scams. Mother of all scam 'Panama gate' worth trillion is idelly sitting in PMO office since 6 months,Pakistan has already moved arrest its opponents India still not moving ahead.

CM Yogi has more than 89 criminals in his government which is more than the any other party. If they need clean the corrupt political system 'criminals' need to be replaced with able clean candidates.
It is too early to speculate but his action are just "naya kotwal siti bajana".
