Mangaluru, Mar 21: Manegma 2017 a two day national research conference on the theme 'Re-inventing opportunities in management, IT and social sciences' will be held at Srinivas Institute of Management Studies Pandeshwar campus on March 23 and 24.

On March 23 Dr Rajashekaran Pillai- professor School of Management, Manipal University will deliver a technical session on 'Mixed method approach in research' as a prelude to the conference.

0n March 24, chief guest Prakash Kalbavi (MD of Kalbavi Cashews) will inaugurate the conference and the keynote address will be delivered by Dr Pramod Kumar (medical superintendent of Srinivas Hospital Mukka).

The conference will also be presided over by A Shama Rao Foundation's president C A A Raghavendra Rao along with vice-president Dr Srinivas Rao, director Vijayalakshmi R Rao as well as secretary Mitra S Rao.

More than 100 papers have been received for the conference and a student paper presentation will also be held.
