Mumbai, Mar 23: The two day long Vishwa Konkani Loka Kala Shigmotsav held by Konkani language and Cultural foundation of Vishwa Konkani Kendra Mangaluru under the aegis of Karnataka government Kannada and cultural department concluded on Sunday evening March 19.

Model Bank executive president Albert W D'Souza chaired the concluding programme. Entrepreneur Kishore G Masoorkar, K Srinivasa Prabhu, Samsthana Gokarna Parthagali Jeevothama Math Vadala, Mumbai deputy executive president and GSB Sabha Ganeshotsava committee executive president N N Pal, GSB Sabha trustee Sudha Pai, Vishwa Konkani Kendra founder president Basti Vaman Shenoy, vice president Venkatesh N Baliga, secretary Pradeep G Pai, secretary B Prabhaker Prabhu and Kala Coast team director Sudheer Nayak present on the dais as guests of honour felicitated senior drama director A G Kamath and Francis Fernandes, Cascia.

A poet's Jam session, Sigmo dance, Krishna deity birth story dance skit, Siddi Damam dance, Gumta drum music, Konkani play 'Vorsak Ek Pavti' by Eddie Sequeira, Deepamala dance, Gumta drum dance etc were held in the morning.

Programme organizer Dr Chandrashekar N Shenoy welcomed everyone. Shakuntala Kini and Ravi Nayak compered the programme. Kamalaksha G Saraf proposed the vote of thanks.
