Udupi: Calling all aspiring singers - 'Voice of Karavali' auditions on Apr 2

Udupi, Mar 27: Here's a golden opportunity for aspiring singers of the coastal Karnataka region. Rotary Club, Brahmavar in association with The Expressions and Being Social is organising a 'Voice of Karavali - 17' singing competition, the auditions of which will be held on April 2.

The grand finale will be held on April 16 from 6 pm onwards at the premises of Holy Family Church Brahmavar here.

Winners will be presented twin awards titled 'Voice of Karavali - 2017', based on judges' selection, and 'People's Choice Singer', based on audience votes. Each of these titles will comprise Rs 15,000 cash prize and trophies.

The contestants will be selected through an audition on April 2, at the Brahmavar Rotary Club hall. Only 10 will make it to the final. Participants may sing any song of their choice during the audition.

Renowned personalities will be judges for the event.

This will provide the singers a good opportunity to flaunt their talent on stage.
