Mumbai: Ramotsava, birth anniversary of Lord Rama held at Adamaru math

Mumbai, Apr 5: The birth anniversary of Lord Rama, Ramanavami was celebrated at Adamaru math, Andheri west on Tuesday April 4.

The priest recited the last chapter of Ramayana and recollected the hero of Ramayana written by Valmiki.

Several programmes were held as part of the eighteenth annual Ramanavami festival. Bhajans were held in the morning. Theerthaprasada and meals were served in the afternoon.



Pallakki festival was celebrated in the evening. Several priests, elite and devotees prayed on the occasion.

Padubidri V Rajesh, manager of the math welcomed the gathering. Laxminarayana Muchintaya of Adamaru math Mumbai branch compered the programme and proposed vote of thanks.
