Mangaluru: Naveen Padil to perform 'Pili Vesha' in Tulu film 'Kori Rotti'

Mangaluru, Apr 22: State award winning actor Naveen D Padil will be seen performing the traditional tiger dance (Pili Vesha) in his next Tulu film 'Kori Rotti'.

The dance sequence which was shot recently with Udupi’s Krishna Janmashtami in the background was recorded by many. The video is a hit on social media.

'Kori Rotti' produced under the banner Rocket Creations, has been directed by Rajaneesh. He has also written the story, screenplay and the dialogues for the film along with playing the lead role. Famous anchor-actress Anushree who will make her debut in coastalwood with the film will play the female lead.



Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Sathish Bandale, Manju Rai, Ramesh Rai Kukkuvalli and sandalwood actor Harish Rai will be seen in pivotal roles.

Tamil music composer Vikram Selvam will compose the songs and Subbaiah Kuttappa from Bollywood will handle the cinematography. The action scenes will be directed by Different Danny.
