Mangaluru, Apr 24: A case stands filed in Panambur police station here about alleged provocative content and comment made in Facebook in connection with the recent recovery of mortal remains of Jagadish Suvarna (37) from Thota Bengre, a Bajrang Dal leader, near the estuary of Gurpur river.

In a complaint made to the police, Jagadish's brother, Shivanand, had expressed suspicion that Jagadish would have been murdered. Therefore, a case of suspicious death was registered. Even as investigation into this aspect is being conducted by police, a provocative write up and comments thereto were reportedly made about this issue in a Facebook account maintained in the name of 'Veerakesari'.

As this content is believed to be aimed at creating unrest in the society, a complaint was filed in Panambur station on Sunday.
