Mumbai, May 2: Tulu Kannadiga Dr Shivarama K Bhandary hailing from Atturu, Karkal has become a successful businessman in hair styling industry through his modern and well equipped Shivas Hair Designers Private Limited catering mainly to the needs of Bollywood.

The 14th branch was inaugurated at Tropical Elite building, Thane west on Saturday April 29. Thane city corporation mayor Meenakshi Rajendra Shindhe (Poojary) untied the ribbon and inaugurated the shop.

Priest Nagaraj Bhat Dharegudde conducted Vastu Pooje, Gana Homa and distributed Theertha Prasada. Bhandary society's elite advocate Ramanna M Bhandary, Prabhaker P Bhandary Thane, Venkatesh Bhandary, Padmanabha Bhandary Thane, Ravi Bhandary, Raghu Bhandary, social workers Ashok Dhamanker and hundreds of people arrived and congratulated Shivas. Gulabi Krishna Bhandary and Anushree Shivarama Bhandary draped shawl on the guests and honored them.
