    Dear Sir/Madam,
My mother is a RTI and Social worker. In November 2016 she submitted an RTI application as Ist appeal before Circle Inspector of Police Uppinangady Circle against incomplete documents provided by I.O. of Uppinangady Police Station regarding a pending complaint before Lokayuktha.

Unfortunately Circle inspector issued notice to appellant and endorsed earlier documents and instructed PSI to register a petty Criminal case against my mother undr CRPC 107. Fortunately Dist Court set aside the chargesheet and ruled . This is an example our "Khakhi" respect rule of law.

If everyone who pay bribe to Police , more than 50% of police force would be behind bars. It's better for Police to start living on the legal salary they receive. This is era of digital India and candid cameras, spy cameras are everywhere.
