Mangaluru: Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy celebrates graduation, annual day

Mangaluru, Jul 24: Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy, celebrated its Graduation Day and 24th Annual Day on July 21. Laxmi Memorial Education Trust with the constituent Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy (established in 1993 and affiliated to RGUHS, Karnataka) and AJ Institute of Medical Sciences is committed to impart quality education in health sciences.

MLC Ivan D'Souza, chief whip in Karnataka Legislative Council was the chief guest for the occasion and delivered the convocation address. He emphasised the significance of physiotherapy professionals in the health care delivery system and called upon the graduates to commit to lifelong learning.



The event was presided over by Dr A J Shetty, president, Laxmi Memorial Education Trust (LMET).

Degrees and certificates of merit were awarded to Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy students.

Prashanth Shetty, vice-president, LMET; Ashritha P Shetty, director, LMET; Sanjay Eapen Samuel, principal and Abilash PV, PRO, LMET were present.
