Mangaluru: Tulu film ‘Gant Kalver’ at editing stage

Mangaluru, Aug 9: Upcoming Tulu film ‘Gant Kalver’ directed by Sudhakar Bannanje is currently in its editing stage. Two songs are yet to be shot which will be completed soon.

According to director Sudhakar, ‘Gant Kalver’ is a comedy with an excellent story.

Actor Naveen D Padil will be seen in a prominent role in the film. Vijesh Shetty and Smitha Suvarna will make their debut in Coastalwood as a lead pair. Disha J Puthran, Bhojraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Sundar Rai Mandara, Umesh Mijar, Pradeep Alva Kadri, Prerana, Sandeep shetty Manibettu, Sudhir Kottari and others feature in the film.

Sudhakar Bannanje, Srujan Manav, Kirthan Bhandary and V Manohar have written the lyrics for the four songs in the film. V Manohar has composed the music, and story, screenplay and dialogues have been penned by Sudhakar Bannanje.

Uppala Rajaram Shetty, Krithi Shetty, Nagesh Shetty and Amish Chandran have co-produced ‘Gant Kalver’.

Shankar and Raj have handled cinematography. Ramdas Sasihithlu is the assistant director.

‘Gant Kalver’ has been shot across Mangaluru, Moodbidri and Udupi.
