Mumbai: Billavara Association inaugurates three day long Tulu drama competitions

Mumbai, Aug 14: Billavara Association under the aegis of cultural sub committee, inaugurated a three day long Sri Guru Narayana tulu drama competition at Santacruz east Billavara Bhavan on Saturday August 12. Association president Nithyananda D Kotian inaugurated the competitions in the presence of association office bearers and artistes.

Nearly 600 artistes will participate in 18 drama competitions of duration one hour each.



Association honorary chief secretary Dharmapal G Anchan delivered the keynote address. Assistant editor of Akshay monthly magazine Harish K Hejmady introduced the guests and those who were honored and compered the programme. Cultural sub committee executive president Dayanand R Poojary welcomed the gathering. Honorary secretary Ashok Kukyan Sasihitlu proposed the vote of thanks.
