Swaraj helps another Pak national, assures visa for liver transplant in India

New Delhi, Nov 19 (PTI): Continuing her humanitarian gesture, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj Saturday announced that a Pakistani national will be given visa for his liver transplant in India.

Swaraj's intervention came after the wife of the patient, Anwar Ul Hussan, tweeted to the minister seeking a visa for her husband.

"Please contact Indian High Commission in Pakistan. We will issue the visa immediately. I wish your husband an early recovery.@IndiainPakistan," the minister tweeted.

Swaraj has been adopting a humanitarian approach in granting visas to Pakistani nationals on medical ground notwithstanding strain in relationship between the two countries over a host of sticky issues, including cross-border terrorism.

Every time we extend our hand of friendship, Pakis have stabbed us in the back. We gave them their land back after the 1965 war and they did a scichan on us. After the Bangladesh war we gave back 90,000 soldiers and they did Kargil on us. Followed by numerous terrorist attacks. The fundamentalists in Pakistan are well entrenched in the military and politics that they believe that Allah created Pakistan to destroy India only then he will bless them. There is no reasoning with those stupid people but to beat them with a bigger stick.

When humanity in need borders don't define. In the past Union ministers extended her help on 'humanitarian aid' IPL founder Lalit Modi who involved in multi billion fraud. The same way it should also reached common man without any diplomacy.
PM Modi government should promote potential 'medical tourism' which runs into billions if taped effectively.

Madam Sushmaji, you are too soft and considerate. It's ok to be helpful to the needy or sick people but Pak government would not reciprocate nor entertain your goodwill in improving countries relation with India.

If you are in a position of External Affairs Minister and some request comes from a Pakistani national for getting treatment of their ailing Family member will you say no? I know we have issues with that country but that is with their leadership, Army, ISI and terrorists , not with civilians who are already suffering the misrule of the rogue state.

Do you have any idea how many Indians are in queue for liver transplant? Do you know how many of them can afford one?
Why should we help some pakistani when so many of our own Indians need assistance for such medical procedures?

She has given only medical visa not government subsidy for treatment. They have to pay completely for their treatment.

All this happening because of greedy Jinnah.
If India wasn't divided, there is no need to ask for visa.

The same lady helped the fraud Lalit Modi on humanitarian ground and supported Reddy brothers on some other ground. Again and again she is helping Pakistani nationals on humanitarian grounds but she is mum on deaths of kids in Yogi's Gorakhpur Hospitals. Why Modi bhakths not branding her as anti national??? Stop this nautanki and stop all the diplomacy with Pakistan as they are killing our soldiers on the border on daily basis. No more Biriyani & Saree diplomacy with rogue nation Pakistan. Shameless 56" Feku govt.
