What a delight to read the Xmas celebrations in Bahrain under the banner of Karnatak Social Club. The presence of two Santas must have been a big difference. We have fond memories of Bahrain more than fifty years ago, and it is nice to witness so much of progress in the audience.

Incidentally, what has happened to Karnatak Sports Club that was established in the year of 1959 under the able Presidentship of late Mr. John Pinto of Gray Macenzie, and yours truly was the first General Secretary.

Bahrain has always been proud of the lavish philanthropic activities because the Government of Bahrain has always been magnanimous to all the expatriates on the Island. Bahrain has always remained very supportive towards Indians.
