Kuwait, Feb 10: Billava Sangha Kuwait (BSK), held a free health check-up camp on February 2 in association with Metro Medical Care, Farwaniya.

The camp started at 7:30 am and continued until 2:00 pm. More than 350 people were registered who benefited from the services of the free health check-up. Blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol test and consultation with specialized doctors where included in the free checkup package.

The beneficiaries were Billawas from Kuwait and different communities of India as well from various nationalities. Refreshments were also served during the camp.

Raghu C Poojary, president, Suresh Kunder, welfare officer, Rashmi Nagaraj, joint welfare officer, Prashanth Poojary, PRO, Mithun Vishwanath, joint secretary along with the other committee members co-ordinated the medical check-up camp.

BSK management committee would like to take this opportunity to thank Feizal, manager, Metro Medical Care Farwaniya, Metro Medical Care management, BSK committee members, volunteers and all the participants.

The free health check up was one of the services by Billava Sangha Kuwait towards its commitment to the selfless services of the Billavas and the Indian community in Kuwait and back home in India.
