Mumbai, Feb 16: Padmavathi Prabhaker Shetty aged 76, mother of well known entrepreneur of Mumbai, social worker and intellect Suresh Shetty Gurme passed away on February 16 here, after a massive cardiac arrest here.

She has left behind three sons, Suresh, Harish and Sathish and a large number of friends and relatives.

She was residing at Kaup Gurme Kalathur whilst in Udupi.
