Mangaluru: Inter-college cultural festival 'Kaizen’ held at Karavali College

Mangaluru, Mar 13: “Our lives will be meaningful if we live with mutual love and respect upholding the proud heritage of our country that is famous for humanity and ethics,” said S Ganesh Rao, founder president of G R Education Trust, forming Karavali College Group of Institutes. He was speaking after chairing the inter-college cultural festival 'Kaizen 2018', held at Karavali Institute of Technology recently.

“Those who have secured high degrees can receive appreciation if they inculcate simplicity in their lives. A student can challenge problems in student life if he has qualities of clear aim, determination and hard work,” he said.

Former Vidhan Sabha deputy speaker N Yogish Bhat said that success is possible if one believes in his strength and capacity together with faith and confidence in the almighty. “Students should read the life history of great men and achievers, follow their footsteps and live as a model for society and the country,” he said. He commended the activities of Karavali Group of Institutes which work by being conducive to the all-round development of the students.

Chief guest Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatheshwara temple trustee and district BJP vice president Ravishanker Mijar said that India is the country with the highest number of youth population. “The society expects more from youth. Therefore, youth should contribute to the country through their talent and charity. Kaizen talent festival of Karavali College is an excellent platform for students to show their talents and put them to creative use,” he opined.

Karavali College group's director Lata G Rao and Karavali College group's principals were present. Priyanka compered the programme. Zidha welcomed everyone. Riham rendered the vote of thanks.
