Mangaluru: 'Khandi Khuris' drama third show held at Beltangady

Mangaluru, Mar 13: The third show of 'Khandi Khuris' Konkani drama in the diocese of Mangaluru, written by Vally Vagga, dramatized by John M Permannur and directed by George William D'Souza was successfully performed by 'Rang Tarang' troupe of Mysuru, to an audience of around 850 people on Saturday evening March 10 at the open ground of Saib Salvador church near here.
 
There was a stage programme before the performance of the drama, in which, Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, parish priest of the church wished Vally Vagga, who is staging unique Konkani drama like 'Khandi Khuris' all the very best on behalf of 'Rang Tarang' troupe. Henry Lobo, vice-president of the parish council of the church felicitated Valli Vagga by offering a bouquet of flowers.
 
















The cast of this drama includes George William D'Souza, Madanthyar, Agnes Lena Shambur, Pius Saldanha Virajpet and Clifford D'Souza Madanthyar. The music is scored by Samson Mysuru. In the coming days of lent, there will be five shows of this drama staged at Mulki, Kelarai, Don Bosco, Madyanthar and Kinnigoli.
