Mumbai, Apr 17: Former president of Bombay Bunts Association, Bombay High Court advocate, member of Andheri Bar Association, Anand V Shetty (76) passed away at his residence at Andheri west on Sunday April 15 due to cardiac arrest.

He hailed from Bhandasale kin, Paduruguthu, Kaup, Udupi. He had immense social concern and was the founder member of Andheri Bar Sssociation and Juhu Andheri Versova Vileparle Association of Bunts (Javab).

He has left behind two daughters, relatives including advocate Rathnaker V Shetty and large number of friends.

Bombay Bunts Association, Andheri Bar Association, Javab office bearers and several elite paid their respects, took part in the last rights and expressed their condolences.
