Mumbai, Apr 26: After the successful shows in coastal Karnataka, Konkani movie ‘Zanvoy No. 1’ will release in Mumbai.
The Mumbai premiere is scheduled on April 28 at Maxus Theatre, Jeri Meri, Kurla. The first two shows on April 29 booked by the parishioners of St Jude Church and St Antony Church. According to the producers, the film will also be released in the Gulf.
The film released in coastal Karnataka on April 13 and has met good response so far.
‘Zanvoy No. 1’, written and directed by Harry Fernandes ,a differently made super combination package of thriller, action, comedy, romance and high voltage drama, ‘Zanvoy No.1’ is predicted to create a new landmark in the Konkani film industry.
Director Harry Fernandes has earlier delivered two super hit Konkani films ‘Noshibacho Khel’ and ‘Sophiya’.
The star cast includes male lead Kevin D’Mello from Goa who has worked in various Goan movies with female lead, an international model Josita Anola Rodrigues who is ‘Miss South Asia Teen’ and finalist of ‘World Teen Super Model of South Asia’, supported by ‘Comedy King of Goa’ Prince Jacob, Stany Alvares, Rons London, Sujatha Andrade, Ranjitha Lewis, Lyshon Fernandes and well-known star actor of Dubai Deepak Paladka who has to his credit acted in six movies in Tulu, Kannada and Konkani. He is seen in a different role this time.
Camera man Shafique Sheik has captured the entire movie beautifully which is being crisply edited by Abhishek Mhaskar. Action of the movie is being finely handled by Sunil Rodrigues. The scintillating music is being composed by trio Eric Ozario, Jerry Bondel and Gunwant Sen. Lyrics of the songs were penned by Jerry Bondel, Lloyd Rego and Harry Fernandes. Choreographer Naveen Shetty of Aryan's has brilliantly done his job while the whole production team was carefully handled by production controller Karel Prem D'Souza.
