Mangaluru: AAI holds ‘Airport Premier League’ at Bondel

Mangaluru, May 22: Airports Authority of India (AAI) recently conducted a cricket tournament among various agencies working at Mangaluru International Airport. The tournament by the name ‘Airport Premier League’ was played at HUDKO Stadium, Bondel on May 19 and 20.

There were total 8 teams which participated in the tournament from various departments of AAI like Civil section, Electrical section, Fire section & various other functionaries at airport like CISF, Indigo, Spice Jet, Jet Airways, Air India SATS etc. The tournament was conducted in a very nice and professional way with each team having their logos and dress code.



V V Rao, airport director, Mangaluru International Airport, told the gathering that such tournaments brings affection and respect among various employees working in the airport as they get to know each other better which ultimately leads to a good and efficient working atmosphere in the airport.
