Mumbai: Sahyadri Kreeda Mandali, Chembur celebrates annual Ganeshotsava

Mumbai, Sep 19: Sahyadri Kreeda Mandali in Chembur celebrated its 42nd Ganeshotsava after raising a Ganapathi idol with several environment friendly items. Three huge pinnacles were erected on the roof. The main pinnacle weighs 550 kg and it was lifted with the help of a crane.



Sahyadri Kreeda Mandali popularly known as Chota Rajan Mandali, attracted thousands of devotees after it prepared a replica of Mysuru palace in the past. The festival was celebrated with gaiety with indoor decorations and in the vicinity. The celebrations will continue till September 23.
