Bengaluru, Jan 3: “The ideology of Taliban is religious blindness. Congress follows blindness for the sake of minority votes. The attitude of Congress is in line of Taliban. Majority Hindus are not in a position to believe Congress,” said National chief secretary of BJP C T Ravi.

Speaking at a press conference in the city on Sunday, Ravi said, “Congress party is not giving an ounce of respect to the feelings of majority. The party which is led by dynasty, does not have the mental status of changing according to times. It is unfortunate that Congress has the habit of opposing every change the BJP tries to implement.

“The Congress of today is not that of Mahatma Gandhi. It is Sonia Gandhi Congress. They have to change their stance looking at the recent elections results. Otherwise people will teach them lesson. People do not support the corrupt, divide and rule policy of Congress.

“Eying the revenue of temples even after 75 years of independence is like opposing the actual meaning of independence. KPCC president D K Shivakumar said that the BJP government will be reduced to ashes. However, he himself is out on bail in ED case. If the noose on him of CBI and ED tightens, he might not survive in politics,” he said.
