Michael Pereira (79), husband of of Philomena Pereira nee D'Souza, (Retd. Nursing Supdt., Gr. II, D.W.H), brother-in-law of the late Elizabeth Fernandes and Matilda D'Souza, brother of the late Stany, the late Gerry, the late Lawrie, the late Rosalie, the late Harry, the late Marie, the late Msgr Fred V Pereira, Grace and Sophie, passed away on June 19, 2018.

Mortal remains will be brought to St Vincent Ferrer Church, Valencia, Mangalore at 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 21, followed by Mass at 3:30 pm.

Uncle is in heaven above safe in the arms of jesus. He was a great person, very quiet but very loving. As he had no children he loved and doted on all his necies and nephews. He treated then all as his own. Hre sufferred without any anger or hatred. He bore all his sufferings just like our lord jesus, never grumbling. Hats off to Baby aunty and matty aunty for taking extremely good care of him to the very end.
