‘New Berry Enclave’ and ‘Green Fortune’ inaugurated

Mangalore, May 26: JR Lobo, MLA of Mangalore south constituency inaugurated two prestigious residential projects ‘New Berry Enclave’ and ‘Green Fortune’, a joint venture of Nidhi Land Infrastructure Developers and Ace Developers, Mangalore here in the city on Sunday, May 26.
On this special occasion, both the apartments were symbolically launched at ‘New Berry Enclave’, Bejai-Kapikad, Mangalore. ‘Green Fortune’ apartment is located at Perampalli road, End Point, Manipal.
After inaugurating the apartment by cutting the ribbon, JR Lobo said, “Builders have contributed their share for the development of Mangalore. Besides, there is good scope for the realtors since more of educational institutions, hospitals, IT and commercial sectors are showing keen interest to set up the firms in the city. Also, people of other cities want to come to Mangalore and reside here, he said and added that importance should be laid on quality construction and healthy competition among the realtors.
BK Vishweshwari, Brahma Kumaris, Mangalore lit the traditional lamp. Fr Victor Machado, parish priest, Bejai Church invoked blessings of god. Corporators Shashidhar Hegde, Lancelot Pinto, and Asha D’Silva & Greory D'silva of Ace Developers witnessed the inaugural ceremony. Prashanth Sanil, MD, Nidhi Land builders proposed a vote of thanks.
In addition, the engineers, architects and co-workers who worked for both the apartments were felicitated marking their contributions.
