Its very sad to see some one so qualified to end his life like this but some times human beings cant take the the stress or face an issue like majority of us, please don't blame the departed sole, on the other had pray for him and his loving family. Any one can carry pistol with the approved licensed from the authority, it docent men he is a criminal. What I believe Mr. Devichaan needed a good friend to share his feelings and there was no one to understand his feelings or to comfort him. RIP Devichaan & I pray for his family and friends for their the great loss.
