Mangaluru: Additional DC, Kumar, two others KAS officers, transferred

Mangaluru, Mar 15: The state government, on Wednesday March 14, issued orders transferring three Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) officers including additional deputy commissioner of Dakshina Kannada district, Kumar.

Kumar stands posted as additional deputy commissioner of Chikkamagaluru district. In his place, M L Vaishali, additional deputy commissioner of Chikkamagaluru, is posted to Dakshina Kannada district.

Dr Dase Gowda M, who was special land acquisition officer of Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board, is transferred as special land acquisition officer of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Hassan. G N Manjunath, special land acquisition officer, NHAI Hassan, is posted in his vacancy.

The assistant commissioner of the city, A C Renuka Prasad, is transferred as special land acquisition officer in the office of the deputy commissioner, Ramanagara district.  No one is currently posted to the post being vacated by him.

Kumar,who joined duty in this district during May 2016, is known as an efficient and people-friendly officer having in-depth knowledge about revenue, election etc.
