K John (71), (the Chief Editor of Johnwill Marine Information), husband of Rosamma John, father of Jensy John / Jayveer Kumar and Jeena John / Roopesh K Roy, grandfather of Erlyn Jayveer and Edlyn Jayveer, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022.
Mortal remains will be brought to the residence 'Rose Castle' Guddeangadi, Kuloor-Kavoor road on Wednesday, April 13 at 11:00 am for public viewing. Funeral cortege leaves residence for Marthoma Syrian Church, Falnir, Mangalore at 1:30 pm, followed by Mass and burial in St Pauls CSI Cemetery, Pandeshwar, Mangalore at 2:30 pm.
K John was the only Editor / Publisher of Shipping Bulletin in Mangalore. He tried his best to promote shipping activities by publishing various articles in his daily bulletin. He was the President of Ship Chandler's Association of New Mangalore Port.
