Hermie Mascarenhas (86), wife of the late Richard Gonsalves and the late Anthony Mascarenhas, mother of Glenn/Padma, Mariola/Joe, Louella/Derrick and Marie/Lloyd, passed away on March 5, 2024.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 7 at Our Lady of Rosary Cathedral, Mangalore. Viewing will be from 2.45 pm followed by Holy Mass at 3.30 pm.

Her mortal remains will be donated to Fr. Muller Hospital, Mangalore.

Kindly refrain from bringing flowers.

We offer our deepest sympathies and condolences to all of you. She was very close and very dear to our whole family. She was loving, kind and caring, affectionate and always jovial. It was fun being with her at birthday parties and get-togethers and she was a wonderful cook. She gave me a lot of recipes and tips on cooking before I came to the US and I didn’t know any cooking and I still use them today and always fondly remember her.
