Sr Mary Regia AC of Jesus (Carmine Lasrado) (80) (Sister of the Apostolic Carmel Congregation), daughter of the late Camil Lasrado and the late Mary Fernandes (Kundapur), sister of the late Lucy Lasrado, the late Pascal Lasrado, the late Benna Lasrado, the late Louis Lasrado, Pauline Colaco, Milly Nazareth, the late Juliana Lasrado, Lina Lobo / Deacon Sylvester Lobo, passed away on June 28, 2024.
Mortal remains will be laid for public viewing in Annunciation Convent, Ladyhill, Urwa, Mangalore on Sunday, June 30 from 1.00 pm onwards. Funeral Mass at 3:30 pm, followed by burial service at the Convent cemetery.

Sr Regia AC was a professor in Kannada at St Agnes College from 1976 to 2001, principal of St Agnes PUC from 2001 to 2002, and after her retirement she also served as lecturer in Kannada at St Mary’s P U College, Marjil, Falnir from 2002 to 2010.
