Heartfelt condolences to dear Kiran, Sohan, Melissa, Sahana, and all the family members on the sad demise of our beloved Flavy. Flavy, my sister-in-law, was a kind, courageous, and devoted person. She took care of her ailing mother for decades, even quitting her government job. After her father’s untimely death, Flavy stepped into his shoes, taking care of her siblings facing tough challenges of life. Her cheerful smile lit up any room, whether at home, Church or in the hospital. When the doctors gave little hope regarding her illness, I visited her in the hospital with my wife (her sister), daughter, and son-in-law with heavy hearts. To our surprise, her radiant smile and sense of humor made us laugh through our tears. Her kind and welcoming nature made everyone feel valued. Even in her final days, she remained cheerful and full of spirit, as though she was ready to meet her Lord with joy. While we mourn her loss, we take comfort in knowing that she is now resting in the arms of the Lord she so faithfully served and worshiped. Rest in peace, dearest Flavy. You will forever live in the hearts of many. -Larry, Edna (Nancy), Luella and Leonard.
