Sr Maryse AC (91), daughter of the late Charles D Souza and Anna Dsouza, sister of the late Arthur Dsouza, the late Ceilia Dsouza, the late Fr Victor Dsouza S.J, and the late Dorothy Dsouza passed away on Friday February 21, 2025.
She belongs to the Congregation of the Apostolic Carmel, Karnataka Province. She has rendered her dedicated services at Carmel Convent, Rourkela, Lourdes Convent, Bengaluru, St Joseph’s Convent, Kundapura, Carmel Convent, Gangolli, Maria Goretti Convent, Kemmannu, Careml Convent, Moodbidri, Mary Immaculate Convent, Bengaluru, Carmel Nivas, Lingsugur, Carmel Convent, Haliyal and St Cecily’s Convent, Udupi.
Mortal remains are laid out in St Cecily’s Convent Chapel, Udupi for public viewing. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday 22, February at 10.30 a.m. followed by burial service at St Cecily’s cemetery, Udupi.
