Stanislaus D’Souza (74), son of the late Adam D’Souza and the late Piaded D’Souza, brother of Bishop Pius D'Souza (Ajmer) & the late Hilary D'Souza/Lena D'Souza (Urwa, Mangalore), uncle of Allen/Ancy & Premita/Godwin (USA), passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

Mortal remains will be brought to Immaculate Conception Church, Urwa, Mangalore on Wednesday, April 2 at 3.00 pm, followed by Mass at 3.30 pm.

It's very sad that Stany Dattu is no more with us. Heartfelt condolences to Leena Bai, Alan, Premita, and all family members. Stany Dattu was a gem of a person—soft-spoken, kind, and slow to anger. Childhood memories of playing Carrom and cards with him are still vivid, and he will be dearly missed. May his soul rest in peace, and may the Lord grant you all strength to bear this loss.
