Milian Jacintha Martis (75) (Margondanahalli, T C Palya, Bangalore), wife of the late Edward Martis, mother of Priya and Pradeep, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Mortal remains will be kept for public viewing at the residence - 206, Priyadeep, Margondana Halli main road, opp Apolo Pharmacy, Bangalore on Sunday, July 5 from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 3.30 pm in St Anthony's Shrine - T C Palya, Bangalore, followed by burial at St Anthony's Catholic Cemetery, opp to church road, Bangalore.

We befriended the Martis family in Bangalore after providentially meeting them as "Refugees" from Kuwait, and became great friends for a short period of time, until later we returned to Kuwait.
