Eric Martis (63), husband of the late Jacintha Veera Martis, father of Elvis Martis and Viola Martis, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Funeral cortege will arrive at his residence, "Elvis Cottage", Barebail Saga, at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 2. It will leave the residence at 2:45 pm for viewing at the church at 3:15 pm, followed by Funeral Mass at 3:30 pm in St Francis Xavier Church, Bejai.
