Walter Rodrigues (77), husband of Lily Rodrigues, father of Noel and Ninoy, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026.

Mortal remains will be kept for public viewing on Tuesday, August 11 at the residence 'Wilben Cottage', Salmarga House, Kaikamba, from 3.00 pm onwards. Funeral cortege leaves residence at 4.00 pm for Our Lady of Pompei Church, Gurupura, Kaikamba, followed by Mass at 4.30 pm.

We are very sad to hear of the passing of our dear cousin brother Walty. Our deepest condolences to Lilly, Noel and Ninoy and his sisters Louise, Elize and Renny and all the bereaved family members. Walty was very close to us when he was working with us in Saudi Aramco. He was very humble, pious, prayerful and respectful gentleman. Walty was friendly and well liked by everybody. His death is a big loss to his family. Words are poor comfort at a time like this however we assure you of our prayers and we ask our Father in Heaven to send His angels to protect and provide for each of you and help you cope through this very difficult time. Welcome Walty with open arms into your Kingdom Lord and grant him eternal rest in your Kingdom we pray. May his soul rest in peace.
