John Aloysius Saldanha (72), son of the late Ligoury Saldanha and the late Isabella Saldanha, husband of Dora Saldanha, father of Lavina / Abhijeet Kumar and Lona / Glen George, grandfather of Enzo Glen, brother of Theresa, Albert, Leena, Janet, Priya, Sarita and Jeevan, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
Mortal remains will be kept for public viewing at the residence, ''Saldanha Villa'', Damaskatte, Aikala on Friday, August 14 from 3.40 pm onwards. Funeral cortege leaves the residence at 5.15 pm for Our Lady of Remedies Church, Kirem, followed by funeral Mass at 5.30 pm.
