Mr Hugh Pinto was a very popular figure in the community wherever he was and well known in Belgaum in Mid 1970's where he was Manager of the Camp Branch of Syndicate Bank. My family joins me in conveying our condolences to Amit and Sheela and we pray for the departed soul.
