Victor Goveas (80), Rtd Forest Superintendent, husband of Cecilia Goveas, father of Joyce / Tony, Janet, Joe / Cynthi, Dr Jessy / Percy, Jude / Rufeena, James / Reshma, grandfather of Anand / Glancy, Anil, the late Anoop, Adeep, Sanjed, Tanya, Daniel, David and Nethan, passed away on Tuesday July 29, 2008.

Funeral cortege leaves residence 'Anand Villa', Upper Bendore for St Sebastian's Church, Bendore on Thursday July 31 at 4.30 pm. Mass at 5.00 pm.

My Heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Cecilia Goveas and the Goveas family including the grand children of Mr. Victor Goveas , i personally knew Uncle victor and he used to visit me often and he spent time with me on many topics of Mangalore when I was based in Bangalore in the mid 90's. He was a great guy and was very helpful at all times to many people and was well connected in many ways. God bless his family and friends.May his soul rest in peace.
