Mavis Gwendoline Ellis (83), wife of Fred Ellis (Ex- Liturgical Coordinator, St Mary’s Catholic Church, Dubai), mother of Philip, Eugene, Ambrose, Elizabeth, Clarence & Joan , originally from Hyderabad, India, lived in Dubai, for over 30 years, passed away on Friday, March 9, 2012.

The Memorial Service will be held in St Mary's Catholic Church, Dubai, on Tuesday, March 13 at 12.30 pm.

Mavis Gwendoline Ellis, was an exemplary mother to her six children and was fully dedicated to her family. She was truly blessed as she lived to celebrate her 65 years of blissful married life with Fred Ellis, on 6th January this year, which is a privilege of only a very few couples.

Mavis was a cheerful and loving lady, and she will be truly missed by all her near and dear ones.

May the soul of Mavis Ellis rest in peace.
