Mangalore, May 16: Tulip Wheel Care and Tulip Emission Centre were inaugurated on May 16 near Bondel Church, Mangalore

The inauguration was done by Valentine D'Souza, circle inspector of Panambur. Fr Antony Serrao, parish priest, Bondel Church blessed the venture in the presence of Fr Sylvester D'Costa, parish priest, Kolalgiri Church, Fr Rony Pinto, assistant parish priest, Bondel Church and proprietor Mark Pais.
