Mangalore: Foundation stone laid for Jardin at Surathkal of Nidhi Land

Mangalore, Feb 15: Foundation stone was laid for the new residential apartment complex project being undertaken at Suratkal by Nidhiland Infrastructure Developers India Pvt Ltd, which is well-known for its pristine style in the area of building construction, on Saturday February 15.
Jardin Apartment will comprise of 2 BHK (1135 to 1120 Sq ft) and 3 BHK (1355 to 1490 Sq ft) flats. The apartment building will also be equipped with amenities like sophisticated lobby, automatic elevator, generator, one way intercom, CCTV, fire extinguisher facility, covered car parking, reticulated gas connection and many more customer-friendly facilities.
The apartment that will come up at Suratkal is located a short distance from the bus stand and the railway station. Moreover, Mangalore International Airport is located within a distance of about eight km from the proposed apartment complex.
Besides, the apartment building site is ideally located, as it is very near to various educational institutions, religious centers etc and the place is rich with lush green landscape and peaceful ambience.
