Mangalore: Foundation stone laid for Bhandary Vijaya Enclave

Mangalore, Mar 27: The foundation stone for Bhandary Vijaya Enclave,a residential apartment of reputed builder, Bhandary Builders, was laid on Thursday March 27 at Ware house road, Mannagudde, Mangalore.
Proprietor of the company Lakshmish Bhandary extended a floral welcome to the guests.
Newly elected Mayor Mahabala Marla released the brochure of Bhandary Vijaya Enclave and said, "Day by day Mangalore city is increasing its beauty by bringing up huge buildings. Along with our beauty we should save the natural beauty and environment of our city.
The presence of infectious diseases is a big question lying in front of us. Builders have to take care of this issue by joining their hands with us keeping the city clean while developing it," he said.
After launching the blue print of the apartment, Shashidhar Hegde, Ex- Mayor of Mangalore said that builders have many responsibilities while constructing a building. They have to keep the surroundings clean and it is a gift to the city if they keep the area clean and tidy," he said.
M N Rajendra Kumar, SCDCC Bank Chairman and Suresh Ballal, former MUDA chairman also stressed on the points said by Mayor Mahabala Marla. Jayanthi Acharya, area corporator, Madhukar Malli, land owner, Ganesh Shetty, Anand K, associate vice-president of Udayavani, Architect Baba Alankar, Satish and Karunakar from Sri Nidhi construction, advocate Rajendra Rao Maipady and others were also present during the ceremony.
