Udupi, Sep 26: An exclusive Godrej Interio showroom was inaugurated on Friday September 26 at Himalaya Prestige, MG Road, Kunjibettu, Udupi.

 

Vipin Kumar, General Manager - South, Godrej Interio, inaugurated the first outlet of coastal Karnataka. Vinayak Pai, Interio Head, Karnataka, Ellias, Ranjan and Nitesh, of Godrej, Mohammed Rasheed, Jerry Vincent Dias, president, Credai, Udupi, Purushotham Shetty, Jayakar Shetty, Indralli, Jamaluddin, Mohammed Moula, Kishan Hedge, Bhudan Basha and proprietor Mohammed Salem, were present on the occasion.

 

After the inauguration, while addressing the press, Vinayak Pai said that it was the second exclusive outlet after Davangere since they already have nine showrooms at Bangalore. "As a product wise and in the field of furniture, we have a vast experience in the field. So far Godrej was only know for its office furniture and wall cupboard. But henceforth people will experience the rich traditional furniture of Godrej. Depending on the needs of the customer, we will customize our products, so that there will not be any health related problems. The general population will prefer to remain inside the house rather than be outside," he added.

 

Vipin Kumar explained that in the coming days they would open new outlets in the region to expand the brand. "In a house, sofa sets, living room, dinning and kitchen will be the major products and one will want the best furniture that suits the wall painting. So Godrej will give you the best customized furniture of ones need and taste," he concluded.
