Fr. Rudolf V. D’Souza OCD., a member of Karnataka Goa Province of the Discalced Carmelites is the Pastor of Guardian Angels Parish in Vancouver (Canada); was ordained in 1987 February 24th.
1987 appointed Assistant Director of students at Xellim (Goa)
1989 sent to Avila to specialize in the Doctrine of St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila at CITES (Carmelite International Spirituality Centre – Spain)
1990 sent to Rome to do licentiate in Spirituality in the International Pontifical University Teresianum.
1991-1994 Appointed Formator to Theology Students in the International St. John of the Cross College – Rome.
1992 -1995 Completed his Doctorate in Theology in Pontifical University of Gregorianum in Rome with a Summa Cum Laude and the University Publishes his Thesis as the First  Volume of the Series in the Section of “SPIRITUALITY”: The Dynamism of Spiritual Growth in the Process of God-Realization: A Comparative Study of the Bhagavad Gita and St. John of the Cross.
1996-1997 member of Sadbhavana (Provincialate – Bangalore)
1998-2001 Assistant Director of Dhyanavana International Spirituality Centre – Mysore
2001 – 2009 Parish Priest at St. Joseph Church – Mira Road (Maharashtra) during which he was instrumental in building the new Carmelite Spirituality Centre – ANUBHAV (Mira Road)
2009 August 14th to this day Pastor At Guardian Angels Church (Vancouver – Canada)

Fr. Rudolf has written 22 books so far and has published three Audio-Video Cassettes of his preaching in Muscat; Dubai; Abudhabi-Sharjah; and at Guardian Angels Church
He has written innumerable articles in national and international magazines on Spirituality and Prayer.
He has lectured in India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, U.S.A, Canada and preached retreats in the U.A.E; Kuwait; Oman, Italy and Spain.
