Grateful acknowledgment from Jude Noronha

At the outset, I thank Lord Jesus for his wonderful blessings and miracles in my life.

It was in the year 1997, the strong desire of my heart of being Master of Ceremony (MC), was fulfilled.

Born and raised in a small village in Venur, I started my venture as a youth leader through the Parish Youth Organisation, which led me into becoming a successful leader at diocesan level subsequently.

On completing 20 successful years of my career, I would like to acknowledge the role of my mentors Fr James D'Souza, the then Parish Priest of Venur and Fr Alwyn D'Souza, the Director of ICYM Central, in nurturing my leadership qualities.

During the early days of my career, the renowned MC in Mangalore, Poet, Entrepreneur, my cousin and most importantly my ‘Guru’ Mr Titus Noronha has done a tremendous work in shaping up my talents. I will always be grateful to him.

I am thankful to renowned Author Mr C G S Taccode who motivated and inspired me to contribute to the Konkani Literature too.

I thank the legendary Konkani Composers and singers Mr Henry D'Souza, Mumbai, Mr Melwyn Peris, Mr Lancy Henry Moras, Mr Maxim Pereira, Mr Vivi Santos, Jeppu, Mr Rony Crasta, Mr Antony Tauro, Piyega Team, Mr Joel Pereira, Mr Roshan D'Souza, Angelore, Mr Roshan Crasta, Bela of Valentino group, Mr Claud D'Souza, Bendore, Mrs Irene Rebello and many others who had tremendous trust in me to host their musical shows.

I would like to thank all the well established caterers, Live Bands, DJs, Back Drop Arrangers, Photographers, Videographers, and my friends, contemporary MCs in and around Mangalore for their wonderful support.

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr Walter Nandalike, Founder and Managing Director of Daijiworld Media Group, who unlocked the untapped potential in me as a TV Anchor and who gave me an opportunity to host the two popular TV shows ‘Do Re Me Fa’, and Kaal Aaj Ani Phalyan in Daijiworld TV. I am indebted to Mr Melwyn Rodrigues, Director – Operations for his continued support and encouragement.

Thanks to my wonderful friends, supporters and guides Mr Praveen Tauro, Mr Ashith Pinto, Mr Vincent Pinto Angelore and Mr Narayana of Daiji Team. I thank MC Mr Roshan Crasta for his support and Mr Richie John Pais for his guidance.

I am ever so thankful to all my supporters, well-wishers and friends for their love and blessings, through whom Lord Jesus provided for my daily living in my journey as MC for the past 20 years.

I acknowledge the patronage of my clients without which I would not reach this milestone. I would not be what I am without your love and trust. I shall always remain grateful to you.

I will not forget my critics, without whose constructive criticism, I believe there would be no scope for improvement. I thank them immensely.
