Diocese of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand State. While serving in the Diocese of
Fort Wayne - South Bend, USA, as a Parish priest of St. Patrick's church and
St. Hedwig's Church he successfully completed his Doctoral Studies
in school administration on the topic "the relationship between teacher
communication and teacher credibility, student motivation and
academic achievement " from Concordia Universitv, Portland, Oregon, USA.
He has also a master's degree in school administration from
Indiana University, USA.
