We convey our heartfelt gratitude to all those who shared our grief and expressed their condolences to us during the sad demise of our beloved Dad Nicholas D'Souza. We are deeply touched with the enormous number of people who came to pay their final respects even under adverse circumstances.
Our sincere gratitude to the Bishop of Chikmagalur Rt. Rev. Anthony Swamy for celebrating the funeral mass and Msgr. Ronald Cardoza the Vicar General, Rev. Fr. Antony Pinto, Parish priest, St. Joseph's Cathedral, Rev. Fr. Peter Brank, the Parish priest of Holy Family Church, Vijayapura, Msgr. George D'souza for concelebrating the funeral mass, and Fr. Paul D'Souza, Fr. Jerome Machado, Fr. Amar Lobo OFM. Cap, Fr. Andrew Jayraj OFM. Cap., Fr. Daniel D'souza, Fr. Denis Lobo, Fr. Charles Periera, Fr.Antony Vas, OFMcap., Fr. We are ever grateful to Rev. Fr. Peter Brank for delivering a beautiful tribute to our beloved dad and for all the support he has given to us in our difficult time. We sincerely thank Rev. Fr. Roshan Crasta and Rev Fr. Richard Coelho, Director of Fr. Muller's hospital for all the possible support and assistance extended to us. We are thankful to all the nuns, the sisters of UFC Mangalore, the Sisters of St. Joseph's Convent, Sisters of Holy Cross, the Brigitine Sisters, Chikmagalur.
We remain grateful to all our relatives, friends and well wishers from far and near who made it to the funeral mass and to the cemetery and comforted us on our loss, your floral tributes, gestures of love and care will always be remembered.
We are grateful to those who could not make it to the funeral in person but extended their heartfelt sympathies via telephone calls, mails, and beautiful heart touching messages on Daiji and through social media which were overwhelming. A heartfelt thank you to each and everyone.
